A block of rooms is being held for the attendees of the 27th Army Science Conference at a special group rate of $108.00 (current JTR at time of conference) plus tax at the host hotel listed below. The special group rate is available for arrivals on or after November 28 and departures on or before December 3, 2010. When calling, you must identify yourself as an attendee of the Army Science Conference to receive the special group rate. Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card or an advance deposit for the first night’s room and tax. Please cancel prior to 72 hours of your arrival date to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night’s room charge. This is the headquarter hotel.  All Army Science Conference events will take place at this hotel.

The current maximum per diem allowance for Orlando, Florida, is $108.00 plus tax for lodging and $56.00 for meals and incidental expenses (subject to change effective October 1, 2010).

Government Travelers are advised that since one or more meals will be provided as a part of the Conference Fee the "Proportional Meal Rate (PMR)" prescribed in Paragraph C4554A of the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) applies.
