The 27th Army Science Conference is soliciting exhibits in the areas of:

- Company/Agency listing in 27th ASC Technology Showcase Directory
- Company/Agency listing on 27th ASC website
- 24-hour perimeter security
- Carpet, pipe and drape, and a booth sign
- Multiple networking opportunities
Exhibitors please e-mail a one-paragraph descriptive narrative (not to exceed 250 words) of your organization to armyscienceconference@charterinternet.com. Please include in the email the number of booths you would like to purchase. Contact information should be included with your submittal. The narrative will be published in a Science and Technology Showcase Directory. Exhibit requests are subject to a review process (first come first serve) and will not be automatically included in the program. Completion of an exhibitor application will be required when Army approval to exhibit is received. All descriptive narratives must be received by Friday, October 1, 2010.
Industry/Government/Academia:
Each 10’ x 10’ (100 square foot) space will be available on a first-come basis at $550.00. Demos and vehicle displays will also pay $550.00 for each 10’ x 10’ space utilized. There will be no exceptions. Your space(s) will not be confirmed until your signed Exhibition Application and Contract and payment have been received by ALS Corporation. The 27th ASC S&T Showcase Committee reserves the option to move exhibitors as required to enhance the overall conference theme.
Pipe and drape and a booth sign are included in the $550.00. The Coquina Ballroom has beige/green carpet.
All additional items ordered will be direct billed to the exhibitor by the exhibit company. The exhibit company will contact the exhibit coordinator to confirm booth option selected and review furnishings, along with any additional accessories the exhibitor may require.
A detailed packet will be provided to those approved to exhibit.

Conference registration is not included in the $550.00 fee. For full conference registration and information, please see the registration page of the website. All exhibitor personnel must register for the conference.

All 27th ASC exhibits and conference activities will be located in the Coquina Ballroom of the JW Marriott, Orlando, FL.
